Raihana Sadia is a masterful educator with more than 18 years of experience in academia. As a dedicated teacher, she endowed her time in teaching, that has given her enormous chance to understand teaching responsibilities & build rapport with students from different background and capabilities. Raihana received MBA degree (International Business) & BBA degree (Finance) from Maastricht School of Management & Independent University, Bangladesh respectively. She was honored with Valedictorian as a top performer in MBA. Despite her background, with continuous thrive for the complexities of human resources & organizational behavior, her expertise comprehends in a realm of HRM. Prior to Fareast Business School (since 2015), she served as faculty members in faculty of business administration in various universities, like: Stamford University Bangladesh, Delta School of Business (internationally recognized ABE-degree), Primeasia University, in both undergraduate and graduate program.
Apart from education sector, Raihana contributed to corporate sector- engaged as operational manager in pioneer technological company; worked as head honcho in Dhaka Stock Exchange. Likewise, she enjoys travelling that enriches her cultural sensitivity, language skill, broaden her experiential learning; thereby inspire creative lesson plan & teaching approaches, helping students understand the interconnectedness of the world & fostering a more global mindset.
Being self-motivated- authentic, sincere educationist, Raihana Sadia focus more on humanness at a core. She continues to inspire and guide the students to bring their best potentials, prepare them to navigate the challenges of ever-evolving world.
